Refunds and Returns Procedures

You may return unused items within 30 days of purchase order date for an exchange or full refund, excluding shipping, monogramming and gift wrapping charges. Please include a copy of your invoice, your address and the method of payment to ensure a smooth transaction. Note: Loving Baby, Inc. is not responsible for damages to merchandise that is caused by the freight company. If damages occur during shipping, the customer should file a claim with the carrier to receive compensation.  If the freight company looses a package, the customer should file a claim with the carrier to receive compensation.
